We’ll capture gorgeous images of your details - rings, gifts & favors, flowers, etc as well as your venue, guests, bridal party, & more.

The experience begins with a consultation meeting where we will get to know each other and talk about your big day and your dreams for the images that will become heirlooms.
Building up to the big day, we will talk through and finalize a shot list to ensure that capture every memory you're hoping for, then we'll capture more.

When the big day arrives, I'm there early to scope out the lay of the land, if I haven't already, as well as to start capturing the calm before the guests arrive.
I will get gorgeous images of your venue and key getting-ready pieces like your rings, accessories, & other pre-wedding shots.
After capturing your amazing ceremony together we'll work through getting all the friends, family, & newly wed and other shots we've discussed before.
From there we capture your reception, all of the fun highlights & traditions, and more.

At Biography Photography, we pride ourselves on presenting your photos to you within 20 business days of your wedding.
When the images are finished, you will receive a gallery with albums from your big day - getting ready, rings, ceremony, reception, etc. The gallery size you receive will depend on the package you purchased.
There is no package nor option to receive RAW image files from your event.

Hey there! I'm Mike Powell, your soon-to-be favorite photographer. With over 20 years of experience snapping shots on both film and digital, I founded Biography Photography in 2020 to tell stories just like yours.
I thrive on the unique challenge each project brings, whether it's a heartwarming family portrait or an event filled with cocktails and dreams. My lens has seen it all, from breathtaking views atop the Mackinac Bridge to the ancient ruins out west, from fancy whiskey shots in Nashville to the fastest cars zipping across North America.
